We crunched some numbers this week and figured it would cost us more to stay in our hotel room than to move into our three bedroom apartment, so we made the move today with a pack-n-play, blow up bed, and folding table to our new home! I am SO thankful for The Lending Closet, a program on-post that lets you borrow basic household items for up to two months - for FREE! I got utensils, dishes, a crock-pot, pots, baking sheets, can opener, spatulas, a vacuum, and more - completely free of charge! The apartment came with a washer and dryer, I bought some linens, a shower curtain, and a welcome mat and we are in business! Oh, and having a pool within walking distance won't hurt either! Did I mention that we have a THREE bedroom apartment... we'll be setting that up soon for whoever wants to come visit! ;)
